Lucia Gonzalez is an accomplished CFO with a distinguished career marked by driving financial success through strategic foresight, precise analysis, and dynamic leadership. With a proven ability to craft and execute comprehensive financials strategies, Lucia optimizes performance and cultivates sustainable growth.

Lucia’s journey began at General Electric, she spent over nine years across multiple sectors, including energy, aviation, water technology, and capital services: With assignments spanning Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Latin America and Japan, Lucia led cross-functional teams and championed ethical integrity as the Ombudsperson, fostering transparency and accountability within a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees at the Monterrey Center.

Transitioning to the municipal solid waste management sector, Lucia assumed the role of CFO, successfully raising over $30 million USD in capital and restructuring financial operations to enhance efficiency and drive expansion.

In 2017, Lucia pivoted to the healthcare sector, serving as CFO for Mexico's largest vaccine distribution company. Here, she cultivated strategic alliances with vaccine suppliers across Asia and Europe, significantly bolstering the company's market presence.

Lucia's journey then led her to ICW Healthcare Ventures, assuming the CFO position since inception of the fund, ensuring financial stability, implementing the proper operational controls to facilitate growth. With keen oversight, she manages the budget of the fund and its portfolio companies, as well as maintaining key institutional relationships playing a pivotal role in negotiating multimillion-dollar agreements.

Lucia holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico.
