Laura Hsu is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience working with private equity firms in matters of mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.  Laura previously practiced law at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Laura worked on transactions in the fields of healthcare, life sciences, technology and real estate.  Laura earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with highest distinction, and her juris doctor degree from Yale Law School, where she received the Quintin Johnstone Prize.
