Enrique is a recent graduate of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM), where he earned a major in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Data Science. During his time at the Digital Agency for Public Innovation, an agency of the government of Mexico City, Enrique was responsible for performing data analysis on delinquency and updating the machine learning model of the Unified System of Citizen Attention of Mexico City.
